A beautiful hotel booked in a beautiful villa, with an amazing butler - Amin. Full disclosure the arrival reception was A class, however when we arrived to the villa, we were disappointed by a certain arrangement which was not ideal for any guest. It took some time as focus was placed on another event that day. However, after a quick complaint to the manager and all was well. We were checked on the entire stay and that made it extra special. The high light was the in-villa dining BBQ we requested, it was arranged by the hotel staff, chef and our butler Amin. It was incredible, the live chef, musician, help staff and the food was amazing! They created a memorable setting and the atmosphere was beautiful. I cannot express how pleased we were with the entire team who made that evening and my birthday extra special!

The mandarin oriental is so amazing. We booked a villa and had our private butler, Ali. He was very kind and always tried his best to satisfy us, and booked us the best stuff to do in Marrakech. The only thing that wasn‘t too good was the food in that one restaurant, which I don‘t know the name from. There‘s 2: one chinese and the one I don‘t know. The breakfast was out of this world though, never had such good cookies in my life! Staff is sooo kind we made a lot of new morrocan friends🥰 overall 10/10 experience. If you want to experience luxury but also family, go there. Recommended!

We stayed in this incredibly breathtaking luxury private villa for two at Mandarin Marrakech. Without a doubt, it's the most stunning villa I've ever experienced, and the service was exceptional from the moment of check-in to the smooth check-out process. I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could. While I was there, I pampered myself with the Hamman treatment, and it was fantastic.Ling Ling, the food was seriously amazing – cooked to perfection, tasted so good! The menu had a variety of fantastic options, and the service? Well, it was simply outstanding, making the entire dining experience truly exceptional!We can't wait to go back ❤️

The gardens in this hotel is SOOO beautiful and pretty! We spent most of our days by the pool.Amin took care of us he really fulfilled all our requests!We also had the best driver we could ask for Jawad so professional and he was always on time with best customer service and car ride! I really love the what's app concierge service 24 hours!I would like to mention a brilliant service from dinning team specially Musaab he really went above and beyond to make sure whatever we needed was provided. He also arranged some special goodies for us to take back which was really sweet. The pastry chef in this hotel is just insanely good everything on that breakfast bar was so good. The chef himself came to personally meet us. We really enjoyed our breakfast everyday specially the Egg Tajines so yum!!! must try! The food was delicious! I also love the fact if they don't have something on the menu they will make sure they accommodate no matter what!Finally we would like to thank and mention Mr Christophe Porachio who really made sure me and my partner have the best experience. He went above and beyond recommending us best of the best and he also made sure we were taken care of outside the hotel. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakech, and it was undoubtedly the finest hotel experience I've ever enjoyed. The privacy and luxury of the villa (Spa villa) were outstanding, with its own pool providing a tranquil retreat for us.Our concierge, Abdelhak, was remarkably attentive, always on hand to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Thank you Abdelhak!The MO itself was a secluded paradise, sprawling across extensive lush grounds yet never feeling crowded, even when it was full capacity during our stay their. The amenities, including a quaint farm and a children's play area, added a charming touch, although I didn't use them myself. Though the football area was fun!Dining by the pool was a highlight for me, with excellent food and service. A visiting chrf prepared the best Diavola I have ever had.Evenings in the cocktail area under a spacious tent offered us a perfect end to our day, with a relaxed atmosphere and occasional live entertainment. On one night, the manager served complementary drinks, which was appreciated (maybe a little too much).The high staff-to-guest ratio was evident, with every team member displaying genuine enthusiasm and warmth, adding to the overall excellence of our stay. This has left a lasting impression on me and so will be returning soon with my daughter.For anyone seeking a luxurious escape in Marrakech, the Mandarin Oriental is an exceptional choice if you want exceptionalism in terms of privacy, accomodation, space, and service.

An amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental Marrakech. The butler Amine did a very good job to make me feel at home from the moment I arrived. He did all the arrangements from car transfers, buggy from/to the villa, and restaurant reservations with vegetarian meal options, all through an easy WhatsApp. At the spa, I did the Evasion exfoliation session with a caring therapist as well as the Biologique Recherche facial treatment. The spa manager did an excellent job to book me in for these appointments even though they were busy. I felt rejuvenated and my skin was glowing. Also the team at fitness center was great and I was happy with the Stretching and Mobility session they offered in one afternoon. Great service at the breakfast in Shirvan restaurant. Delicious vegetarian options that I have plentiful options. Thank you for the great hospitality!!

I did the Wellness Day Spa with my sister for her birthday. The facilities are lovely but the customer service was horrendous. I emailed over 15 times to the spa manager, she ignored multiple emails which made the whole experience stressful. Zero coordination or communication. Despite paying for the use of the pool facilities we were told that we couldn't and could only use the indoor pool, which had no lounge seats and is like a sauna inside. So youre basically paying a lot of money just for a 30 mins massage and lunch. We had lunch by the pool and I had to ask 3 times to different people to ask where our food was. I would not recommend anyone to go the Mandarin Oriental for a spa day, I think the staff need training on customer service for a hotel like this. So disappointing!Staff are told to only prioritise 'vip' guests rather than treat all paying guests equally.

Last spring our family stayed at this resort. The facilities are amazing; I just stayed at the Bodrum facility as a recommendation by our ambassador; Ali. We called him Prince Ali although he treated us like royalty. We did our best to create a fun and free advertisement via our YouTube video found under "tollefson girls Marrakesh". Everything about the resort made you feel like you were in Arabian Nights. We didn't want to leave after staying there for 5 days. We will be back for sure.If there was an option for 7 stars I would rank it that high.

From the get-go to our goodbye, the experience was nothing short of magical. The staff weren't just attentive; they took care of everything, making our stay effortlessly perfect. The butler service was top-notch, bending over backwards to fulfill our wishes. The Kids-Club was a hit with our little one, and the attached nanny service was a godsend. The accommodations are unparalleled – don't let the sticker shock deter you; even their "basic" room is a luxe mega-suite. Highly recommend for both couples and families seeking top-tier quality, a blend of privacy and pizzazz.

Well... this, our second visit to this incredible, one-in-a-million resort did not disappoint.We visited here during COVID restrictions in 2021 and, as you'd expect, curfews, facemasks, and one-way systems all made their impact, and yet we still left feeling in awe.Can a hotel better that initial impression? Yes. It. Can.We arrived here last week, having booked a villa for six nights, but also bringing along our 79-year-old uncle and his daughter/my cousin who joined us a day later for eight days (for a repeat stay - they came in 2022 on our recommendation).Our stay this time even exceeded the first one we had; the service, finesse, resort - just about everything felt upgraded.The world-class property needs no further introduction - it's awe-inspiring, private, intimate, beautiful - that's obvious and all the images online don't quite do it justice.What isn’t obvious is the service that lies behind the pictures. The fact that every member of staff becomes a friend during your stay, remembering every single preference (mine is a strong black coffee over breakfast - delivered instantly as soon as we sat for breakfast). The incredible service, setting, and staff in this hotel are the best we've ever experienced (and we have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world).A heartfelt special mention goes to Abdel, our 'butler' for the week, who, over WhatsApp, arranged everything... changing plans at short notice, making epic recommendations, making sure our villa was perfect... he was just incredible. Also, huge thanks to the beautiful Omnia, who helped us arrange things ahead of the stay and was always around to say hello and check things were all perfect.We've been to Marrakech over 10 times now and have had mixed experiences at the city's finest hotels. This place works like a Rolex watch... everything just perfect... every time... all of the time.Another big factor for us was how my uncle would get on during his second visit. Due to health issues, he can't walk far and is quite particular. The hotel bent over backwards to ensure he was looked after in his own villa... heating his pool to his needs, ferrying him around in a golf buggy, and organising fabulous trips (one to the Atlas Mountains) in the hotel's liveried Range Rover... and ensuring a car was within a minute's notice when we were in town eating out. It may be his last trip abroad... so thank you for making it the trip of a lifetime.For us, we cannot wait to return and see the same people do what they do so extremely well.The previous GM has left for NYC and there's a new chap - the culture and ethos of this hotel simply elevate it to be a WORLD CLASS experience. Thank you, Abdel, Omnia and the whole team for such an incredible stay.
