This is a great way to use up all those pickles from your cucumber harvest. This dip is delicious but a little salty. So I amended the recipe and used a little less ranch dip that was called for and this resulted in a better outcome for me.Loreto and Nicoletta Nardelli

This is the best dip to have around for guests or when it's just a party of one! lol! I love pickles (and potato chips) and was looking for an easy dip to make. It's delicious and a nice change from the typical onion dip. Plus, I always have all these ingredients on hand too, so I can make it whenever I want!
