One of our most popular posts is our Pb2 Cookies. They were a big hit in our home and no one noticed I swapped some of the peanut butter for peanut butter powder.

There are so many peanut powders on the market but our family uses PB2 Fit: 1) because we were given samples months ago and 2) it is easily found at the grocery stores.

HOW TO COOK WITH PEANUT BUTTER POWDER

Turn It Into “Peanut Butter”

BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PARTICULAR BRAND but typically Mix 4 Tbsp. powdered peanut butterwith1 Tbsp. waterand you’ll get2 Tbsp. “peanut butter,” or at least something that resembles the stuff out of the jar.

REPLACE SOME OF THE FLOUR IN THE RECIPE FOR PbFIT

Just sub in peanut butter powder for 1/3 the amount of flour called for in the recipe.
